CRS follows a proven
approach to project development that maintains close communication
between project managers and clients.
Business Requirements -
By first understanding the business benefits and motivations
behind a client's investment, CRS builds a solid
foundation for recommending appropriate technology and
software for the project.
Technical Requirements - Before development
begins, CRS determines the full technical specifications
of the project, estimating development time and total cost
of ownership. Recommendations and options are provided to
the client for review/approval.
Project Development - CRS
consultants begin development of the solution as outlined
in the technical requirements stage, either onsite with the
client or on CRS's internal development environment.
Quality
Assurance - Once functionality of the solution is achieved,
CRS performs rigorous performance & compatibility
testing with the client to ensure the quality and stability
of the application.
Production & Delivery - The completed
solution, including all documentation, is delivered to
the client for installation and integration with recommended
or existing hardware, software, and/or database systems.
Client
Support - CRS maintains a strong and supportive
relationship with clients following the delivery of developed
technology, and maintains detailed technical documentation
for next stage/phase development.
Project Requirements
Because CRS is committed to
building long-term client relationships, we are not inclined
to recommend inappropriate technology to increase client
expenditures. However, our development cycle is best tuned
for projects (or project phases) that require between 4
to 12 weeks to complete. Because of this, larger projects
are typically segmented into logical development phases
that fit this criteria.
